This policy is for those who visit our website, who have purchased from Fozzies Wheels as a contact person, or have been in contact with one of our sales staff. The Privacy Policy explains how Fozzies Wheels collects and uses your personal data. It also describes your rights towards us and how you can exercise them. In no shape or form do we sell your personal information. We will send your order to our distributor(s) for processing, so that is the limitation of how much we share your personal info.
We collect typical information, such as your IP address and gather website usage statistics. For example, you may "Choose a Vehicle" while on our site to add to your "garage". Any cookies saved to your browser are there to achieve a better customer experience. We save this information as a cookie in your browser for 1 year if it is not deleted when your browser is closed.
Any information you provide during the checkout process is also saved in your unique cart/order data on our server. You as the customer should rest assured we do not store your personal information, such as your name, email, phone, billing & shipping addresses until you submit your order. We also do not store any of your credit card information. It is transmitted to our credit card processor when you submit your order.
Lastly, if you choose to create a login / account, your password is saved as an encrypted hash, so there is no way to reverse the process to discover your password. We compare encrypted hashes when you log in as part of PCI Security requirements.
Your personal data is only available to the people who need it to perform their duties. We may also communicate information about you to our suppliers who help us with operations and sales support. Fozzies Wheels may also disclose necessary information to the police, the tax authorities or other public authorities if we are required to do so by law.
