There are no returns or exchanges on merchandise in used condition, damaged condition, or otherwise in any condition that is not brand-new. Special orders are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
Merchandise must be securely repackaged before they are returned to us.
There are many factors that determine wheel fitment, including brake caliper upgrades which may interfere with wheel spokes, for example. The Customer is responsible for disclosing (at the time of sale) all modifications to the vehicle to be eligible for a No Cost Exchange. I will do my due diligence to also check your wheel fitment with your vehicle before the order is put through. I may call you to check if you have a lift, for example, if you buy oversized wheels which require a lift.
In accordance with our 100% fitment guarantee, Fozzies Wheels will pay 100% of the costs to ensure proper fitment or exchange for a different application of the same product to ensure proper fitment. Exchanges are accepted if the merchandise does not fit the vehicle properly.
TIMING: If your product has a fitment issue, you must contact Fozzies Wheels within 7 days of merchandise delivery to report the issue.
In the rare occasion that your order does get damaged during shipping, Fozzies Wheels will pay 100% of the costs to exchange your damaged product and send you out a new product. As soon as you notice the damage, contact us ASAP. You will be asked to e-mail a picture of the damage and then your new order will be shipped as soon as the damaged product arrives at the Fozzies Wheels facility. Save all packaging material for shipping (UPS/FedEx) carrier inspection. The carrier will then pick up and inspect the damaged merchandise to return to Fozzies Wheels.
TIMING: If your shipment has arrived damaged, you must contact Fozzies Wheels within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage.
If Fozzies Wheels ships the wrong merchandise, Fozzies Wheels will pay 100% of the costs to get you the right product.
TIMING: If you receive the incorrect product, you must contact Fozzies Wheels within 48 hours of receipt to report the issue.
If you do not like how your wheels or tires look, you can exchange them for another wheel or tire of equal or greater total value. For this exchange, customers will be responsible for FedEx shipping charges to and from Fozzies Wheels (about $180 in the lower 48 states - typically $90 each way for 4 wheels), the difference in price (such as an upgrade) plus applicable sales tax (when shipping to Ohio, tax is applied). There are no returns on merchandise, which has been customized to meet the Customer's application requirements.
TIMING: If you do not like the look of your wheels, you must contact Fozzies Wheels within 48 hours of receipt to report that you do not like the merchandise.
If you wish to return your order, we will need to be notified within 30 days of receiving your order.
In the case where a customer prefers a return for refund, instead of an exchange, and the merchandise is returned in new condition, the customer MAY be charged a 20% restocking fee, but I have NOT had to charge a restocking fee yet. At minimum, shipping charges to and from our distributor (typically $30-35 each way per wheel under 22" in diameter) would be applied on the return. The restocking fee applies to shipments which are refused.
Merchandise must be securely repackaged in accordance with our return instructions Return Authorization Form before they are returned to us.
Please understand that Fozzies Wheels prepares each order especially for you, the customer. Even before the merchandise is delivered to you, these items incur shipping, warehouse, and administrative costs. Mounting and balancing, for example, takes a great deal of time and care. Also, many times special orders have to be especially shipped from the manufacturer to our facilities to complete your order. As a result, order cancellations prior to shipping shall be charged a 5% cancellation fee. If the wheels are a special order than the order is not available for cancellation. The good thing is that you did buy from Fozzies Wheels, and in an effort to satisfy every customer; Fozzies Wheels does offer courtesy exchanges free of charge on merchandise that has not yet shipped(not including special orders).
TIMING: To receive a courtesy exchange the customer must contact Fozzies Wheels before the merchandise ships.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If an order is made by mistake (such as when no stock is available), we can cancel (void) your credit card authorization on the same day before the transaction is settled at 6:00 PM ET. You will see a pending charge in your account, however it should be reflected in your account within a day or so. If your order is settled the same day, we can still issue a refund on the transaction afterwards. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
If specific parts in a package are missing, contact Fozzies Wheels and new parts will be sent out ASAP.
TIMING: Shortages in missing parts must be reported to Fozzies Wheels within 48 hours of receiving the original order.
For balancing issues, the customer has 7 calendar days to report the problem to Fozzies Wheels
All merchandise sold by Fozzies Wheels is sold in brand new condition, and is covered by manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer warranty coverage relationship exists directly between, and only between, the manufacturer and the customer. Even though Fozzies Wheels has no duty to become involved in manufacturer warranty claims, our Customer Service Department will still be happy to assist you in communicating and helping you receive a manufacturer warranty, from the manufacturer. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Customer is liable for roundtrip shipping cost for any issues concerning manufacturers warranty.
