Your vehicle's original (OEM) wheel offset and hub bore will also help determine if these wheels will fit your car or truck. Certain models of vehicles will have varying sized wheels available based on the trim packages offered. We can look this up for you, if you do not know your options. For example, a proper fitment using a larger wheel width than an original (OEM) wheel, your offset will likely need to be a smaller or negative number.

For a wheel needing a specific offset to fit, you may need a hub spacer, depending on your application. We can help you with this determination. If you can not find a specific style wheel you want with your lug pattern, 4/5/6 bolt pattern adapters / spacers can be used to convert your hub bolt pattern to allow wheel fitment.

WARRANTY With regular care and regular road conditions, TSW offers a two year finish warranty on its wheels with chrome and painted finishes. TSW provides a five year structural warranty for wheels it manufactures that are structurally unsound because of a manufacturing defect caused by TSW that makes the wheel unfit for its ordinary purpose. Damage or issues with wheels manufactured by TSW that are not caused by, or the result of, a manufacturing defect by TSW are not covered under the warranty. Additionally, the following are expressly excluded from the warranty: %uF0B7 TSW does not offer a %u201Croad hazard warranty,%u201D so any damage or issue with a wheel caused by the wheel colliding with a pothole or any other object or debris will not be covered by the warranty; %uF0B7 Wheels that have been used in racing are not covered by the warranty regardless of the damage or structural unsoundness; and %uF0B7 Wheels mounted on vehicles with a load rating in excess of the load rating of the wheel are not covered by the warranty regardless of the damage or structural unsoundness. %uF0B7 Wheels that have been modified, repainted, or powder coated. THE WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF A WHEEL AND THE WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT TSW WAS PAID FOR THE WHEEL . To submit a wheel for determination of coverage, a distributor must first obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number from an authorized TSW salesperson. Wheels sent to TSW without first obtaining a Returned Goods Authorization number will be refused and returned to sender. After obtaining the Returned Good Authorization number, the distributor who purchased the wheel from TSW must send the wheel by freight prepaid, as freight costs, shipping costs and any consequential damages are not covered by the warranty, to TSW headquarters in Huntington Beach, California for inspection by TSW. The invoice of the original purchase must be included with the wheel so TSW can verify the wheel is being submitted for coverage under the warranty by the original purchaser. A customer of a distributor cannot directly send a wheel for inspection to TSW as TSW does not communicate, correspond or deal in any way with the customers of TSW%u2019s distributors. A wheel submitted to TSW by a customer of the distributor will be returned. After receiving a wheel submitted by a distributor for inspection, TSW will inspect the wheel and notify the distributor if the wheel is covered by the warranty. If TSW determines the wheel is covered by the warranty, TSW will issue a credit note to the distributor for the amount the distributor paid TSW for the wheel.

To ensure 100% satisfaction with your purchase, we do everything we can to make sure your wheels will fit and that you have selected the correct set of wheels for your vehicle. If there is any question, we will give you a call to review your order with you. If YOU have ANY concerns if the wheel (and/or tire) combination will fit, we will check with the wheel manufacturer and/or our distributor to get that question answered before we fulfill your order. Our goal is to make sure your wheels will fit properly when they are installed. We do this with every order if there is ANY question at all.

With all that said above, in the extremely rare instance you may need to send your wheels back, here's an overview of shipping and returns.
Due to the special nature of custom wheels and tires, orders are "drop-shipped" from the wheel manufacturer or distribution center within 24-48 hours or your order.
During this window of time, your order has not been shipped yet, and there remains the possibility you may decide to cancel your order - you would want to do that within the time frame of 24 hours. Some of our vendors will say, once it's in the queue, it's on its way.

Returns or Cancellations AFTER 24 hours of placing an order could incur a restocking fee from the respective manufacturer (wheels and/or tires have been shipped / in-process), this fee could be 0 or 20%. If the wheels are not scratched or damaged, typically only the shipping costs needs to be recovered.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs (typically $30-35 per wheel each way) and if returning without a warranty claim or a defect/quality issue.
Example:
A set of 4 wheels (under 22") being returned without material defects may cost $240-260 being deducted from the sale charge returned.

Wheels can NOT be returned to the manufacturer after tires have been mounted. As such, tires may not be returned after they have been driven on as well.
